2024 Australian Indoor Championships draws released

The draws for the 2024 Australian Indoor Championships have been released and as per usual both of the fields set to converge on Club Tweed are littered with an abundance of talent.

Both of the 2023 champions in Samantha Atkinson and Ray Pearse will return to the event with the number one seed to their names respectively, but will have to battle it out against a strong field.

The top seven ranked players in Australia make up the eight seedings in each competition along with the reigning champions, with random draws for the remainder of the qualifiers.

Just two wildcards were given in 2024 (one men, one women), with Australian Open singles champions Aron Sherriff and Laura Butler unavailable to compete, having earned automatic qualification to the event with their recent victories.

Australian Open singles finalists Cohen Litfin and Kelsey Cottrell will take their spots in the event as wildcards.
