BPL21: Day two recap
Day two of BPL21 at the Moama Bowling Club belonged to the Geelong Jets who enjoyed an unblemished day on the Murray.
The Jets’ trio of Jamie-Lee Worsnop, Aaron Wilson and Paul Foster MBE were supreme across a warm Tuesday, notching up a quintet of wins to sit two games clear on top of the table.
In second are the defending champions in the Tweed Ospreys, who were only bettered by the Jets to win four out of their five clashes on a brilliant outing.
A further win back are a group of three teams, with the Adelaide Pioneers in third on six victories and four losses, with the Gold Coast Hawks and Moreton Bay Pirates following in fourth and fifth respectively.
In sixth place are the Melbourne Pulse on an even ledger after ten rounds with their crosstown rivals in the Melbourne eXtreme on the same tally in seventh, behind on net sets.
On four wins in eighth and ninth are the Sydney Lions and Sydney Saints, with the Tasmania Tridents and Perth Suns a further win back.
The home franchise in the Moama Steamers round out the table with just two wins after the first ten matches.

BPL21 runs from February 17-21, 2025, at the Moama Bowling Club with live streaming on Bowls Australia’s YouTube channel, as well as live broadcasts from Tuesday to Friday from 4pm until 10pm AEDT on Fox, Kayo and Sky Sports NZ.
