Sherriff’s stellar 12 months

Aron Sherriff, Matthew Lucas and I were successful in winning the $20,000 Club Pine Rivers Invitational Turkey Triples over the weekend.
Gold Coast Tweed teams featured in the business end of the event, including a last round showdown to determine the winner.
Sherriff’s team was on top of the leaderboard and were drawn to play second-placed Kelvin Kerkow, Kurt Brown and Wayne Turley (Tweed Heads) in the final round, resulting in a thrilling contest before Sherriff reduced the margin to give our team the match and the victory.
This capped off an impressive year for Sherriff in his first full year as a Queenslander.
